Furthermore, BCN Consultors informs the USER of the following terms and conditions:
1. General conditions of use of the web site
The contents, commercial activities and services, in general, provided via the WEB SITE are subject to the terms and conditions contemplated in this “Legal Warning/Data Protection” (hereinafter, the WARNING), and comply with the Spanish legislation in force, especially with the abovementioned LSSICE and the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, the LOPD).
As a consequence, the simple access to and use of the WEB SITE by any person implies the attribution of the condition of USER and the full acceptance of all the terms and conditions included in this WARNING from the very moment that the WEB SITE is accessed.
Access to the WEB SITE, as well as the request for any kind of information, is completely free of charge.
2. Privacy policy
BCN Consultors does not try to obtain personal data via the WEB SITE.
However, we inform those persons who may be interested in the offers of employment published on the WEB SITE that, for the purposes of the LOPD, the data provided (via CVs, psychotechnical and/or aptitude tests, etc) to BCN Consultors for the purpose of participation in a selection process will form part of a filing system under the responsibility of the said company.
The purpose of the filing system is to manage and develop the Candidate Base of BCN Consultors and the selection processes carried out by the said company for its clients.
To protect USERS’ privacy, the sending is prohibited of any data regarding their ideology, religion, beliefs, racial origin, health, and sex life.
The USER may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, in the terms established in the legislation in force, via a written communication addressed to the registered office of BCN Consultors or its e-mail address, which are included in the general information section of this WARNING.
3. Commercial e-mail policy
In accordance with the LSSICE, BCN Consultors does not send spam, owing to which it does not send commercial electronic mail that has not previously been requested or authorised by the USER.
However, the said authorisation may be revoked at any time by the USER via a written communication addressed to the registered office of BCN Consultors or its e-mail address, which are included in the general information of this WARNING.
At the same, any USER who is, at the same time, a client of BCN Consultors is informed that, in accordance with the LSSICE, their data may be used to send them the said commercial electronic mail messages, without their previous consent, provided that their content refers to products or services similar to those that were initially the object of contracting. However, the USER/client may object at any time to the sending of the said commercial messages via the same procedure as that described in the previous paragraph.
4. Cookies and links
This web page does not use cookies.
BCN Consultors is not the owner of the other web sites that can be accessed via the use of links or hyperlinks in the WEB SITE. As a consequence, the USER will access their respective contents and conditions of use exclusively under his own responsibility.
