Our desire to offer a quality service led us, in the year 2007, to obtain the ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate issued by AENOR, which has allowed us to implement a management system and procedures that are a guarantee of quality and a differential factor in the market.

The quality certificate guarantees that all the factors that intervene in the services we provide are controlled and supervised in accordance with a set of processes defined by our office, guaranteeing an optimum level of quality, the ultimate purpose of which is the satisfaction of our clients. The quality certificate allows us to detect any problems that may arise and to prevent their repetition in the future. It thus provides added value for our clients. Likewise, it allows us to detect and correct in a timely manner any incidents that may occur, establishing the appropriate mechanisms to prevent their repetition in the future. |
